1. Overview

At Zolvarenshrel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VenoDigest Tone. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund, in accordance with Dutch and European Union consumer protection laws.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act (Wet Koop op Afstand) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days after communicating your intention to return.
  • The product must not be damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Dietary supplements where the seal has been broken.
  • Products that have been partially or fully consumed.

This limitation is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), which provides exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons when unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to customer@zolvarenshrel.world stating your intention to return the product. Include your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
  2. Receive instructions: We will respond with return shipping instructions and a return reference number within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product: Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. In cases of defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund amount: We will refund the full purchase price of the product, including standard delivery charges originally paid (if applicable). If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, we are not obligated to refund the additional cost.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  • Refund timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or within 14 days of receiving proof that you have sent back the product, whichever is earlier.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund, including shipping costs.
  • A replacement product, subject to availability.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the defective or damaged product with a description and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange for the return at our expense.

8. Legal Guarantee (Conformity)

Under Dutch and EU consumer protection law, products must conform to the contract of sale. If a product does not conform (e.g., it is not as described or is of unsatisfactory quality), you have the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, in accordance with Articles 7:17–7:22 of the Dutch Civil Code.

This legal guarantee applies for a period of up to 2 years from the date of delivery, as provided under EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods.

9. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as provided by law:

  • Products that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been clearly personalized or made to your specifications.
  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.

10. Your Consumer Rights
